2016 sees Devon Dub Fest coming to life for its 6th year and we can’t wait!
Devon Dub Fest is a family festival for Clasiq VW lovers providing a weekend of fun for all ages (and dogs…they’re welcome too…on a lead).
Held in the stunning grounds of Bicton College in Devon empty fields are transformed just days before the event to welcome visitors from far and wide.
Last year, the event attracted around 5,000 enthusiasts, keen to see an eclectic array of VWs spanning several decades. VW enthusiast Zoe Gill, from Exmouth, founded the festival in 2011 with friends Bonnie and Martin Jarvis.
We’ve been blown away by the support and growth we’ve had each year and that has seen over £10,000 raised for CLIC Sargent (our chosen charity) in our first 4 years and £2,000 in our 5th year for Devon Free Wheelers.
The event – now in its sixth year – is a charity fundraiser. Previous events have raised more than £12,000 for charity. This year it will raise funds for Surf Life Saving GB, whose volunteers support communities in keeping their beaches safe.
Every penny of profit that is made from the event is donated to our chosen charity. We literally don’t take a penny, our drive? Helping to make a change to the lives of those who are experiencing the unthinkable.
